Rachel's Transformation Story
I grew my chops during a long stint at Intuit, in a time when the company was at the forefront of leadership development and creating an innovation culture. Spending 7 years bringing design thinking and innovation to the company, I coached innovation leaders, grew an army of innovation experts, and helped to develop an innovation culture that landed Intuit as #7 in Forbes' most innovative companies list.
This is where I discovered my passion and talent in executive coaching: supporting leaders to lead from an inspiring vision, increase their influence and impact across the organization, create a culture where their teams are happy, engaged, and deliver stellar work, and shift their behaviors to reach their highest potential.
After 15 years of growing my career and honing my skills in a stellar corporation, I no longer felt as fulfilled by climbing the corporate ladder. With some deep personal and spiritual work to understand this shift in myself, I uncovered that I am meant to support exceptional humans to achieve their highest potential and purpose.
Through my own experience designing my ideal, purpose-driven life, I have figured out how to help others get clear on their life direction and get moving toward their life vision in 3 months (rather than the 3 years it took me!) Now I am living my purpose every day by helping executives to up-level their leadership to their highest potential and by supporting those who want to step into a new life of purposeful impact outside of their corporate career.
I now live in Whitefish, Montana where I am inspired by God's beauty every day. I live with with my beautiful sprite daughter, Hannah. When not coaching, I spend a ton of time outdoors hiking, camping, skiing, and pushing Hannah's sled down the hill. I am surrounded by a tribe of people who raise me up and inspire me to reach my highest potential. I am grateful to my Creator every day for His guidance and love.
